Dr. Bradley Griffith
Director of Logan Fitness

Bio:聽Bradley is a lifelong Carterville resident and served as a student worker at 麻豆直播 from 2008-2010 before beginning his full-time career at the College in 2014 as the Aquatic Coordinator. In 2015, he was named facility Director and he has worked in that role since. At 麻豆直播. Logan, Bradley has served in various capacities including Chair of College Council, NIMS Coordinator, and Co-Chair of the Presidential Search Committee. Dr. Griffith was a winner of the 2020 Illinois Community College Administrative Leadership Scholarship for his dissertation work titled 鈥淐ommunity College Stigma and Its Effect on Illinois High School Seniors鈥� College Choice.鈥澛燘radley serves as a board member for Carterville Unit School District #5 and the Illinois Community College System Foundation (ICCSF). He also serves as a Youth Leader at First Baptist Church of Herrin. He has been married to his wife, Courtney, since 2017 and they have two children, Landry and Garner. Bradley鈥檚 hobbies include basketball, tennis, running, hiking, weight lifting, reading, and playing with his children.

Kassi Teal
Aquatics Coordinator

Bio: Kassi first joined the Logan Fitness team in January 2020 as an Aquatics Intern. Once her internship was complete, she served as a lifeguard, aquatics instructor, and lifeguarding instructor for just over a year before being hired full-time as the Coordinator of Logan Fitness. In December 2023, Kassi transitioned from the fitness center over to the pool and began serving as the Aquatics Coordinator. She was awarded the Logan Fitness Patron Service Award in Spring of 2021 and won the 2023 River to River Runners Association Race Director of the Year for her work organizing the Snowman Shuffle 5K. Outside of work, Kassi enjoys spending time with her husband & family, powerlifting, running, hiking, reading, and crocheting.

Carson Pearson
Fitness Coordinator

Bio: Carson is a lifetime southern Illinois resident who graduated from Carterville High School in 2020. He continued his academic career here at 麻豆直播 and completed his Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Exercise Science at SIUC in the Spring of 2024.

Health and fitness have been a passion of Carson鈥檚 for as long as he can remember. Over the years, he has worked multiple positions related to physical fitness and wellness. In 2022, he worked at Stack鈥檇 Supplements as a sales associate for the Marion and Carbondale locations. In 2023, he began working at Rise Performance as a fitness desk worker and personal trainer. Since then, Carson started his own business and has become a successful online fitness transformation coach.

The most important possessions in his life are his dogs, his family, and most significantly, his faith. Carson鈥檚 favorite hobbies include weightlifting, running, playing football or basketball, and spending time with loved ones.

Madison Calvin
Event Coordinator/Weekend Supervisor

Bio: Mady is a lifetime resident of Western Kentucky, where she graduated from Ballard Memorial High school in 2021. She continued her academic and athletic career at 麻豆直播 where she was also a part of the Lady Vols basketball program from 2021-2023. She completed her Associates of Fine Arts and was also able to receive a completion certificate for the DNA program in 2024.

Over the last several years Mady has been a lifeguard for Logan Fitness. She has also developed and grown as a swim lesson instructor, instructing Fit Camp for Kids, and becoming an LGI. Mady’s lifelong passion is to help others better themselves by inspiring and teaching those around her about health and nutrition. During Mady鈥檚 free time she enjoys spending time with family & friends. She also enjoys weightlifting, basketball, running, playing tennis, and reading.

Megan Moseley
Specialist II

Education:

Bio: Megan has lived in Southern Illinois/Indiana all of her life and is a graduate of Eldorado High School. She began her career at 麻豆直播 in 2014 in the HR office, where she worked for 9 years. She obtained her professional certification from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) in 2022. She began working at Logan Fitness in 2024.

Megan has been married to her husband, John, since 2011 and they have two children, Miles and Max. Her hobbies include spending time with her family and friends, traveling, hiking, yoga, and attending sporting events (especially to watch her favorite athletes 鈥� her boys).
